Welcome to Friends of The Wild where we aim to make a real difference to the survival of endangered wildlife.
Friend of The Wild is a division of DVD distributors Carlton Laval GmbH and has the object of providing regular and reliable funding for wildlife charities. We are a commercial enterprise not a charity, but we have undertaken to support specific charities by donating 10% of our gross revenue from the sales of our DVD products and associated merchandise.
Friends of The Wild was created after we heard that wildlife charities need regular and reliable income to develop and maintain sustainable projects for the protection and survival of endangered wildlife. We have carefully calculated the level of our financial commitment so that it can be maintained over a long period of time and therefore achieve long-term results. Donations are dependent on the level of sales so we urge you to buy and recommend our products to others in order to achieve the best outcome for our selected charities.
Naturally we will be doing our very best to promote sales and Carlton Laval DVD’s will be available at multiple grocers, high street stores and mail order companies, as well as in our shop on this web site.
Initially we have selected two charities to benefit from our donations. These are Global Tiger patrol and The Sheldrick Wildlife Trust. We have chosen these charities because we believe our donations will make a real, and sustainable difference to their work.
